Last night’s leftovers becomes a rockin’ work lunch!! Nothing easier than slicing up a few leftovers, tossing them with some arugula or baby mixed greens, adding a few fresh veggies and rushing off to work…
So what was for dinner? Sesame Lemon Chicken with Asparagus .
And what’s for lunch? A crisp salad with leftover chicken and asparagus, arugula, tomato and radish. Drizzle a little balsamic and lemon on top before eating and wallah… just saved some serious moolah on lunch. Not to mention, it’s way healthier than anything I would have bought out.
